A new single level sports pavilion located at the northern end of the sports oval. The scope includes new electrical infrastructural works to upgrade electrical light and power around the oval. The sports pavilion is approx 800m2 and was built into the existing embankment on the northern part of the oval. It is predominantly a steel and timber framed building built on screw piles. The building provides for new community area, bar, meeting rooms, amenities, and commercial kitchen.
