Construction of a single storey Learning and Administration building to accommodate 14 new learning areas including new staff and school administration and amenities.

The redevelopment of the existing site allowed St Kevin’s College to provided new facilities for various sporting activities.
The project scope included civil works including earthworks, access road and car park asphalt, pavement and kerbs, line marking, concrete slabs, footings and footpaths. Hard landscaping including preparation of garden bed and lawn areas, synthetic turf, soft-fall areas and various external furniture including seating and play equipment. Soft landscaping including topsoil, mulch, irrigation and planting.
